The maritime festival L\u2019Armada Rouen takes place from the 6th till the 16th of June. This festival is dedicated to the commemoration of D-Day, 75 years ago. A lot of Tall Ships and other ships can be seen on the quays of the river Seine in the city, including the Wylde Swan.<\/p>\n

On june 16 the Sail Out to Honfleur takes place and on the 17th of June the Liberty Regatta starts. After the ships passes a number of waypoints in the English Channel it will sail across the North sea and finally arriving in Scheveningen, where the event Sail op Scheveningen takes place.<\/p>\n

During the Liberty Regatta en reporter from RTV West is sailing along on the Wylde Swan. The reporter is especially interested in stories about The Hague of the people on board. Every day the reporter calls in with a satellite telephone to the studio.
